Shanghai Jiufu Precision Casting Co., Ltd was founded in 1996 and mainly engaged in the aluminum (zinc) alloy processing of parts for automotive, household appliances, electrical motors, metal products .In 2013 Shanghai Jiufu Precision invested a new plant in Jiangsu named“Jiangsu Metal Products Co.,ltd ”as a mass products manufacture plant .Now Shanghai plant is focus on Tools Design，Customer Service and Storage Logistics. The Jiangsu plant has Die-casting，Precision Machining ,Tools Manufacturing and Painting .The Jiangsu plant has 300 employees and fixed assets of RMB 120 million ,three manufacture workshops with a construction area of 25000 square meter in total.

For Die-casting, Jiangsu plant has 14 sets of die-casting machines(one set of 1600T,one set of 1250T,two sets of 1000T,two sets of 800T,three sets of 400T,one set of 350T,one set of 280T,two sets of 200T,and 88T hot chamber machine).For precision machining, Jiangsu plant has 19 sets of CNC machining centers made in Japan,15 sets of CNC machining lathe made in Japan. For tools manufacture ,we have 6 sets of WEDM, 5 sets of Tooling CNC Machines, 5 sets of EDM. For tooling design，we use UG software，and we adopt simulation software to guarantee the success for tooling manufacture. We also have a Coating-Painting line. In order to control the quality of raw materials of the casting, molds and products, we have a set of Shimazu-made spectrometer, two sets of Hexagon-made three sets of CMM, a Mitutoyo-made roughmeter, a hardness tester, an imager, an X-ray detector.

The Shanghai factory obtained ISO9001:2008 certificated in January 2003, and ISO16949:2009 certificated in February 2007.Jiangsu factory obtained ISO9001:2008 certificated in March 2014, and changed the version to ISO9001:2015 certificated in 2015.
